KinCareLove ("KinCare", "we") is a private tool for families and the caregivers they invite to track a child's daily routines, behaviors and points. Questions about this policy: kaylasowul@yahoo.com.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers or analytics about you.
Only to provide the app: showing points and history to your family, generating reports, sending caregiver invites, and keeping your team in sync. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps.
Only members of your family group. Parents can see everything and manage caregivers' permissions. Caregivers see the child's records and plan, and can edit only records they logged. Our hosting and file-storage providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
KinCareLove is used by adults (parents, guardians and caregivers). Children do not create accounts. Information about a child is entered by their parent or guardian, who controls who may access it and may delete it at any time.
Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are hashed with Argon2, sessions use short-lived signed tokens stored in your device's secure storage, and photos are only served to signed-in members of the same family.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can edit or delete any record, photo or message in the app. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your account; if you are the only parent it also removes your family's children, records, photos, messages and plan. Caregivers who delete their account are removed from the family while the records they logged remain part of the child's history.
Camera and photo access are optional and only requested when you tap to attach a photo. You can change these permissions anytime in your device Settings. To export or ask questions about your data, email kaylasowul@yahoo.com.
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
